Here we are on Christmas Day 2007.
We had Christmas Eve dinner at Bishop Garcia's home, his mom made the entire meal. It was all Cuban food and very good. We had our first yucca, pronounced "ooo - ka" and Cuban chicken. All delicious.
We had a wonderful time visiting with their family and the missionaries on Christmas night. It was quite a group and especially fun to sing Christmas carols in Spanish. (Obviously Elder Lake didn't do much singing since he was behind the camera.)
